COMMERCIAL
We make the visions of our clients a reality with our Partners at Nucor Building Systems. As a Nucor Partner Builder, pre-engineered metal buildings are the keystone to our portfolio. This partnership enables us to provide quality products with shorter lead times. We recently completed a 100,000 sq. ft facility for the amazing team at Metro Appliances & More in Lowell, Arkansas. INDUSTRIAL & WAREHOUSE
Airemaster, the national leader in production of sanitary supplies and products, has been a partner with us since their beginnings in Nixa, Missouri in the 1980’s. We have also constructed storage warehouse projects in the Springfield metro.
RETAIL
Eoff & Associates supports the local growth of Springfield by developing multiple shopping centers such as Aundria Plaza and One Park Centre, which has been our company's home since 2004, and provides space for over 20 other businesses. We also constructed US Ballpark, originally home of the Ozark Mountain Ducks, in 1999.
RESIDENTIAL
Since 1981, traditional wood framed Single and Multi-Family construction has been part of our roots. We have constructed thousands of homes over the last 40 years, including multiple subdivisions and luxury custom homes.
MEDICAL
We have completed projects for several partners in the medical field. most recently we completed an addition to QPS laboratory in Springfield, Missouri.
