Our Story

Founded in 1981 by DuWayne Eoff and later joined by Jackie Joy-Eoff, Eoff & Associates has been able to design, develop, and build an impressive portfolio while remaining family owned and operated. Over the past 40 years, we have successfully completed governmental, industrial, medical, retail, and warehousing projects in Southwest Missouri and surrounding states. Recent projects include a 100,000 sq ft facility for Metro Appliances & More in Lowell, Arkansas, and Academy Sports & Outdoors in Springfield, Missouri. 

 

We are also very proud to be partnered with Nucor Building Systems. As a Nucor Partner Builder, we offer metal buildings engineered and built in America by the nation’s largest steel manufacturer, enabling us to offer better lead times and quality products at a competitive price.
