About Us
Founded in 1981 by DuWayne Eoff and later joined by Jackie Joy-Eoff, Eoff & Associates has been able to design, develop, and build an expansive portfolio while remaining family owned and operated. Over the past 40 years, we have successfully completed governmental, industrial, medical, retail, and warehousing construction projects in Southwest Missouri and surrounding states. Recent projects include a 100,000 sq ft facility for Metro Appliances & More in Lowell, Arkansas, and Aundria Plaza in Springfield, Missouri.
